5.Rubber roller vulcanization: The rubber roller after being coated generally requires 10-15 hours of vulcanization time. After vulcanization, the iron core of the rubber roller and the coated rubber will be tightly bonded, forming a single rubber roller.

6.Rubber roller polishing: Polish according to the size and shape required by the customer. In some cases where customers have high requirements for the surface of the rubber roller, a CNC grinder is needed to polish the mirror surface of the rubber roller.
