After wiping, wipe it again with a clean cloth and then install the glue roller onto the machine for future use.

二、The surface crystallization treatment of the rubber roller seals the fine pores on the surface of the rubber roller, which will cause the rubber roller to lose its affinity for ink, resulting in even ink transfer and easy emulsification of the ink.

The solution is to remove the rubber roller from the machine, level it with a rack, use a cloth to stick kerosene and pumice powder, apply force evenly to wipe the surface of the rubber roller, remove the crystallization layer on the surface of the rubber roller, and show the original rubber color of the rubber roller. Then, use car wash water or gasoline to clean the remaining kerosene and pumice powder on the rubber roller, reinstall and adjust the pressure of the rubber roller.

三、The maintenance of the bearings on the rubber roller is very obvious during the high-speed operation of the machine, especially when the operator pays attention to the maintenance cloth of the bearings, the wear is even more severe. After the bearing of the rubber roller is damaged, it will generate jumping friction and compression, reducing the service life of the rubber roller. And it will cause the printed product to have ink and water marks. So it is required that the operator take off the rubber roller every week, apply butter to the bearings, replace those bearings that are severely worn and have poor rotation, and ensure the normal use of the rubber roller.

四、The impact of the workshop environment on the stacking of rubber rollers. In hot and humid weather and the production of dust flying from the surrounding environment, the high-speed operation of the machine causes the surface temperature of the rubber rollers to continuously rise. The rubber rollers expand due to heating, increasing their friction and shortening their service life.

So in factories with conditions, offset printing plugins require the installation of air conditioning to keep the workshop clean and tidy, so that machines can operate in a good environment. Only in a good workshop environment can high-quality products be produced.
